Fixer Upper

Our new, favorite show is Fixer Upper.  I started recording it and never knew that Laurel and Savannah would watch more of them than me!  It's about a couple, who shows clients  run down homes and the client chooses one and then this couple makes it their dream home.
One Saturday morning, I found the girls in the basement rummaging through old wood, left from when we built the house.  They said they had gotten an idea from, Fixer Upper and wanted to do something in their room. When I was downloading pictures from their camera, I found these pictures of their room.  At first, I wondered why in the world would they take pictures of their messy room!  Then I saw what they were doing.

They made book ends with the blocks of wood from the basement.

Giving these girls a camera was the best thing ever!  I love seeing the world through their eyes.
