This past Saturday Landon and Seth went to the first team race of the season. Seth and his friend Adrien are partners.
One person starts the race, which is usually Adrien, and he races for 15 minutes and then Seth goes into the woods and races for 15 minutes and this continues until the race is over, usually 2 1/2 hours long.
So the report I got when they got home, was that they came in FIRST PLACE in their class and fourth place over all. And the most exciting news was that Seth beat Adrien's time. That is exciting because Adrien usually beats our sweet daddy! Seth was pretty excited, but very humbly gave the credit to his brother's bike. He borrowed his brother Kimball's bike because his needs some work. Now he wants a bike just like his brother's.
Then Landon screamed out that he went potty on an ant bed! He proceeded to tell me all about the ants running out of their home and all over the place.

Landon was looking at the blog and sees this post. He looks at me with this concerned look and says, "mommy, that's a girl helmet! Boys don't wear girl helmets. Boys wear boy helmets!"
So funny he didn't notice he was riding a girl's bike too! That's what you get when you have two older sisters. Maybe I will go buy some spray paint.
