Last Week Of School

When I came home from Utah, there was one week left of school!  Whoo Hoo!  We were all so ready for the summer break.  The boys and I went to Laurel's end of year party.

Laurel got one of the guys in her class to stick this sign, "trouble," in between Landon and Sawyer!  It was so funny, Sawyer tried to swat it away but never skipped a beat eating that ice cream!

During that last week, I opened the front door to check on Landon.  He started screaming from the swing set, "I'm swinging, Mom!"  "I'm swinging all by myself!"  "I can pump my legs all by myself!"  He spent most of the day in the swing, just a swing'n!!!

Just a sweet moment I caught on camera!
I always try to give the administration and the counselor and our sweet sheriff something at the end of the year.  I read an article where a teacher had said her favorite gift would be a card saying how much she was appreciated.  Well, I can just tell you, I appreciate every single person at Laurel and Savannah's school who work so hard to make a great environment.  So I decided to let them personalize cards for these extra ones that we were giving a gift to.  There's a store here that sells these cute earrings for $3.98 and lo and behold if they weren't half price the day I went in to buy them!  We added those to the card for a little extra thanks!  I think they turned out so cute and they were all Laurel and Savannah's doing!

Whoop! Whoop!  Hooray, for the last day of school!

And I know some little boys who are excited to have their sisters home!
